This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, bookings, and subscriptions made through https://hopeestatecannabis.com and is operated by Hope Estate Cannabis Ltd.
1. Product Sales (Cannabis Wine)
- All wine sales are final.
- We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
- Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:
- The wrong product was delivered, or
- The product arrived damaged.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Subscriptions (Wine Club)
- Subscription charges are billed automatically based on the selected plan.
- Once a billing cycle has started, charges are non-refundable.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Tours & Experiences
- All tours require advance booking and payment.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour may be eligible for rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
- No-shows will result in full forfeiture of payment.
4. Tour Changes & Weather
- Tours may be rescheduled or canceled by Hope Estate Cannabis Ltd. due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
- If we cancel a tour, guests will be offered:
- A rescheduled date, or
- A refund at our discretion.
5. Delivery Issues
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
